The target participants of this program are the Heads of Schools, Academic Deans and Finance Managers of the member schools who need to develop their competencies as leaders of their institutions.
The participants in this conference will be able to:
a. know their leadership roles in understanding the system of governance of the school;
b. enhance their skill in managing the faculty and non-teaching staff; and,
c. identify different approaches to financial management including monitoring and control.
At the end of the conference, the participants will be able to:
a. acquire adequate knowledge in understanding their roles as leaders of the academic programs in the light of their school’s vision, mission and goals;
b. equip themselves with skills in leading the academic programs such as faculty development, and their assessments, school’s accreditation and relationship with its stakeholders; and,

a. update themselves on the current financial challenges and opportunities faced by the seminaries in Asia;
b. identify the latest trends and best practices in Financial Management; and,
c. determine some major issues in Financial Planning and Analysis relevant to the theological institutions.
